Art shop is an online store selling handmade decorative and useful items and gifts for the home and office. In our collection you can discover a wide variety of products that will cover your every social or professional occasion. Most of our items can be made even more special and special since it is possible to personalize them with your own message or even company logo.

+ - HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

All orders are placed through our online store at www.artshop-greece.gr, by visiting our store or by phone.
The payment methods that are accepted for Greece are Cash on Delivery, Paypal,  Credit Card, by Bank Deposit or ebanking.
Cash on delivery is not accepted for Cyprus and abroad.
We do NOT accept telephone orders, through messages from our social pages.
The process of online shopping is very easy, however if you have difficulty at any stage do not hesitate to contact us to help you step by step or to answer any questions you may have. Call us at 22940-82889.

+ - CAN I CHANGE ANY DESIGN I AM INTERESTED IN BUYING?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to modify and change our designs, in terms of colors, dimensions, adding or removing elements that make it up as all designs are handmade and unique.
Changes can be made ONLY by arrangement, where possible. Please contact us by e-mail at info@artshop-greece.gr or through our contact form.

+ - CAN I PLACE MY ORDER BY PHONE?

Yes, but to further ensure proper communication we recommend the use of our online store.

By placing orders online:
-You can place your order 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring you a comfortable and easy shopping experience. Online orders are always accurate. There is no need to worry about misinterpretations in online orders, as is customary with telephone orders.
-Avoid the stress of whether your order is correct, since you are the one who chooses all the details.
-Immediate confirmation of your order. Upon successful placement of your order you will receive an immediate email with the summary of your purchase, as well as the number of your order.
-Immediate update of the payment of your order in case you choose to pay by Paypal.
-Safety and protection. We guarantee the security of your personal data and payments thanks to SSL technology and our cooperation with certified electronic payment providers.

+ - ORDER SHIPPING TIME AFTER ITS COMPLETION

Execution time of your order when the products are marked in terms of their availability with the indication "Immediately Available" is from 3 to 10 days.
For products that are not "Immediately available", the indicative shipping time is indicated.
Do not forget! All our items are handmade and need special preparation and care for their safe shipment.

In periods of high demand e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc., there may be a delay in delivery due to the large volume of orders that we and couriers accept.
All the times mentioned refer to the times of implementation and sending to the courier and not delivery of the order from the courier to the sender.

+ - CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER FROM YOUR HEADQUARTERS?

Yes, of course! Contact us to set the desired day and time!

+ - HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

For Greece you can choose to pay for your order in the following ways:
-Cash on delivery
--For purchases over 100 € there is no possibility of payment by cash on delivery. --For Cyprus and abroad it is NOT possible to pay by cash on delivery

-Credit Card

-Paypal

-Protection in a bank or transfer through the e-banking service. The deposit or transfer through e-banking of the exact amount is done in one of the available bank accounts and with a reason for deposit always the number of your order so that it can be processed immediately.

+ - WHAT IS THE COST OF TRANSPORT?

SHIPPING COSTS / DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS up to 2 kg
In our effort for immediate service, we use a courier company to send your orders. Delivery is usually made the next working day (except in inaccessible areas and very small islands where the delivery takes place on the 2nd or 3rd working day).
Delivery time can be increased in exceptional cases such as strikes, extreme weather events, holidays, etc.
For Greece, for orders over 60 €, shipping costs are FREE.

For orders under 60 € the courier company charge is:
-5 € for shipments within Attica // With delivery the next working day (except Saturday).
-5 € for all the rest of Greece (land) // With delivery in 1-2 days (except Saturday).
-5 € for the islands // With delivery in 1-3 days (except Saturday).
In case you live in an area that the transport company considers Remote or Inaccessible, your order will reach the nearest courier company store and you must pick it up from there.

-For shipments abroad please contact us.
(indicative shipping cost for a single parcel for Cyprus and within Europe 5-15 €, the rest of the world 7-25 €)
* all prices are with VAT and are valid for packages up to 2 kg.

+ - I AM INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT I HAVE SEEN ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND I CAN'T FIND IT IN YOUR ESHOP.

All our posts and promotions on social media are always accompanied by links that lead directly to the category to which they belong or to the page that concerns the product. Look for them in the text of the post or under the photo in our comment.

+ - DO YOU UNDERTAKE THE DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF BUSINESS GIFTS?

The art shop specializes in the special design and manufacture of business gifts. We make unique handmade, useful and decorative gifts, tailored to your requirements, which can be an inspiration and further strengthen your business relationships with your partners and customers.

+ - CAN MY ORDER BE SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Of course, your order can be sent to a different address of your choice, e.g. in your workplace.
During the purchase process and compared to the stage of filling in your details, select the field "SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS" and fill in the mandatory shipping details.

+ - HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?

The completion time of your order depends on the following data:
-If the product you have chosen is immediately available. In this case the product can be delivered to the courier company after 3 to 10 working days from the next working day that your order will be successfully registered in our system. The above times are indicative. -If the product you are interested in is not immediately available, its indicative time of manufacture is mentioned in its detailed information (Eg Upon order 3-5 working days).

-Also in case you have selected 2 items and one is IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and the second is implemented upon order, your order will be sent when the implementation of the second item is completed as a shipment. If there is a large volume of orders such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc., the delivery times of your order, but also the delivery by courier may increase from 2-5 works. days, depending on the geographical area.

Tips: If you want to receive your gift without additional delays from the courier, choose to pick up your parcel yourself from the store of your choice.
The Art Shop company is committed to the times of implementation and delivery of your order to the transport company and NOT to the time of delivery to you by the transport company.

+ - I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN INFORMATION MESSAGE FOR THE COMPLETION OF MY ORDER. (AFTER 1-3 WORKING DAYS FROM ITS PLACEMENT)

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IF WITHIN 3 DAYS AND IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER COMPLETION EMAIL


Please check if you have received a message from us that affects the progress of your order (problem / clarification) for example the product you are interested in is not immediately available in the quantity you want, or your engraving text is too large and should send us a new smaller in scope.
Check in the email you stated in your order, the folder with your spam messages if you have received information from us. Many emails like gmail, yahoo etc automatically send corporate emails to spam as they are considered spam.
For your best information and if you check the above, contact us through the form that you will find by clicking on the "CONTACT FORM" by selecting the field related to the order or call us at 22940-82889.
You will be asked for:
-Order number
-Order date.
-Address details
-The name of the person who placed the order.

+ - I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG PRODUCT OR DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO;

If you have been sent a product that does not correspond to your order or with the wrong personalization.
First check the email that was sent to you with the copy of your order (first email you received) and see if there really is a difference in relation to the product you have chosen or the text you have written during the process of placing your order.
If any damage has occurred during transport or you have received a defective product.

It is possible to return a defective or incorrect product within 14 working days from the day of receipt by courier. If the return is not made within 14 working days then Art Shop may not accept any return for replacement or repair. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier company on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
Visit our CONTACT page which you will find at the bottom and 1. Fill in all the required information with an asterisk *. 2. In the field "Communication is concerned" select the option "About Order" 3. Your problem is briefly described to us. 4. And you send us a photo from your cell phone, with the problematic object.

ATTENTION: The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg DAT. Retail, Loading, etc.).
After completing the above process you will receive a confirmation by email that we have received your message.
Then we will make sure to contact you in writing by email and / or by phone to inform you.
In case you wish to contact us by phone to have a more immediate answer, it is mandatory for your best service, before you have sent us photographic material with the defective product.

+ - HOW CAN I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED?

After the successful registration of the order in our system, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number. If after 5 minutes you do not receive the above email follow the instructions please.
Check if the relevant message is in the spam folder (spam / junk), which concerns the email you have stated in the process of your order.

In case you have chosen payment by Credit or Debit Card and for some reason your payment is not successful, you will receive a message that your order has been canceled, payment is pending, etc.
If you still have doubts about the successful registration of your order, contact us in one of the following ways so that we can inform you immediately.

Method 1: Click the button below "CONTACT FORM". and select "About the order" from the "Communication concerns" field. In the field related to your message, write a brief description of the problem so that we can inform you as soon as possible if the order has been registered in our system.

What can happen?

-Your order may have been canceled by the system. -You may not have completed all the steps correctly and your order may not have been successfully registered in our system. -You may have inadvertently typed in your order form, your email was wrong.

+ - I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER. WHY;

If you received an email shortly after your order was placed that your order had been canceled, it was most likely rejected by your bank if you chose to pay by Credit or Debit Card. You may also have inadvertently entered your card details incorrectly and your payment may not have been completed.
What else can happen and what you can do.

Repeat your purchase again. If you choose card payment again and your order is canceled again, check for your available card balance or better contact your bank, which is also responsible for informing you. Check your emails (and spam) as you may have received a message from us informing you of the reason for canceling your order.

Check the messages as it is possible that we have asked you for clarifications about your order and you have not responded for a long time. In this case, answer our question and request the activation of the order, but as long as the item you are interested in has not been exhausted. You have chosen payment by bank deposit and you have not sent us the deposit receipt within 2 working days from the placement of your order. Information for Delivery
+ - ORDER DELIVERY TIME FROM THE COURIER

The time of sending your parcel to the courier company starts from the moment you will receive in your email a message with the subject "Order Completion".
You will usually receive this email after 1 to 3 working days after the successful placement of your order in our system.
In this mail you will receive the summary of your order as well as its Shipping Number (Tracking Number) with which you can monitor any progress of the delivery process of your parcel.

IF YOU NOTICE DELAYED THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE
After we deliver your order to the courier, the latter is the only one responsible for informing you in detail about the delivery time and for any reasons that contribute to the delay of delivery.
So to be informed immediately, please contact the courier that corresponds to the address you have stated for the delivery of your order. At this stage, you will be asked: -The name of the recipient of the order-Shipping number (which we have sent to your email).

+ - DO YOU DELIVER ABROAD?

Yes, your order can be sent abroad, but before placing your order, it would be good to inform us in writing from our Contact Form for the product you are interested in.

+ - DO YOU DELIVER TO CYPRUS?

YES OF COURSE WE DELIVER TO CYPRUS.
However, before sending your order, it must be paid with one of the acceptable payment methods, since we do not accept cash on delivery and bank deposit for Cyprus.

+ - CAN I SEND MY PURCHASE TO A DIFFERENT RECIPIENT OR AS A GIFT?

In fact, it is possible to send your order to a third party of your choice or as a gift, follow the steps below.
At the Cashier, in the "Billing Details" fill in YOUR personal data and check the field "SHIPPING TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS" where you fill in all the obligatory details of the recipient of your parcel and obligatorily a mobile phone, in case they need to contact him courier for delivery.

ATTENTION: In orders with a different recipient, if you choose a COD payment method, the recipient you have appointed will be obliged to pay the total value of your order in order to receive the parcel.
In case your purchase is sent as a gift to a third party, you must have completed the payment of your order, before sending it with one of the accepted payment methods.
It is also important that the recipients of your order or your gift are informed by you, since the sender of the parcel is our company and not your name, to avoid non-acceptance and return of your order back to us again.
